Welcome to the Seattle Somali Week website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and the services provided therein. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Seattle Somali Week is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its visitors and registered users, particularly those who are not yet of legal age in their respective country of residence. Please remember that the Seattle Somali Week Site is designed to appeal to a broad audience. - Infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
